Take a break from your busy daily life!

“We should know that learning to cherish others is the best method to establish world peace in general and for our own peace of mind in particular. If everyone wishes, prays to be able to cherish other living beings, gradually through the power of this wish prayer everyone will actually cherish each other.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
