Registration for the retreat has closed. We look forward to a full house on Labor Day weekend!

Retreat costs

Accommodations
  • Double room cost per person – $350
    (If you have a roommate preference, be sure to include their name when you register)
  • Single room cost – $525
Meals

Cost includes full retreat with:

  • 3 meals Saturday
  • 3 meals Sunday
  • breakfast on Monday
  • takeaway snacks

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read the following information carefully!

Cancellation deadlines
  • If you cancel before August 9, 25% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable.
Refund exceptions

Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness, or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditationinmadison.org.

Donating fees

You may choose to donate refundable cancellation fees to the International Temples Project. If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancellation fee, please indicate this at the time of cancellation. Any non-refunded fees for cancellations received will be donated to the NKT International Temples Project.
