Retreat cost

$350 per person double room
$465 per person single room

Cost includes:

  • the retreat itself
  • single or double ensuite room
  • 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday, and 1 meal on Monday

Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible. Registration closes on August 9 or when space is filled.​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read the following information carefully!

Cancellation deadlines
  • If you cancel before August 9, 25% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable.
Refund exceptions

Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness, or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditationinmadison.org.

Donating fees

Donating refundable cancellation fees to International Temples Project: If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your canceled fee to the International Temples Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation. Any non-refunded fees for cancellations received will be donated to the NKT International Temples Project.
